My commission prices are listed both in the link below and on my ko-fi. Though i prefer payment directly through paypal/cashapp/etc., Ko-fi is an option for those who don’t have those.

Anything that doesn't fit into the categories listed I can do for $20/hr of drawing time, since scenes and more complex art varies very much in time and effort depending. For those projects, progress pictures will be watermarked and I will not send the unwatermarked work until payment is complete.

I generally do not accept refunds once the art is complete, though I reserve the right to make exceptions. Refunds prior to completion of the art are generally available, though it depends on a case by case basis (how far along I am in the art, the reason for wishing to retract payment, etc)
